How do I manage my LoadLab Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iOS device to view, modify, or cancel your subscription.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Open LoadLab on your new device and tap "Restore Purchases" in the subscription settings. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will transfer automatically.

Is my data stored in the cloud?

No. LoadLab stores all data locally on your device. Your load recipes, session data, and target photos never leave your phone unless you explicitly export them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I export my data?

You can export session data and load recipes from within the app. Go to any session or recipe and use the share/export option to save or send your data.

Will LoadLab be available on Android?

Android support is in development. Join the waitlist to be notified when it's available.
