These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sabre Innovations ("we", "us", or "our").
FIREARMS AND RELOADING ARE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITIES. LoadLab is a tool for analyzing target photographs and calculating measurements. It does NOT provide reloading advice, safety guidance, or load data.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
The App requires iOS 26.0 or later and is designed for iPhone and iPad.

LoadLab offers optional premium features through an auto-renewable subscription called "LoadLab Pro".
Current pricing is always available within the app and on the LoadLab App Store page.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

You retain all ownership rights to content you create or upload through the App, including:

All User Content is stored locally on your device. We do not store, access, or transmit your User Content to our servers or any third-party servers (except as described in the Third-Party Services section below).
You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of uploading, sharing, or exporting it. You represent that you own or have necessary rights to all User Content you provide.
LoadLab uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases.
Data Processed: RevenueCat processes purchase transaction data, subscription status, and anonymized app user identifiers to manage your subscription.
Purpose: Verify subscription status, manage entitlements, and provide subscription analytics.

The App uses PostHog, a privacy-first analytics platform, to collect anonymous usage data for improving the App and fixing bugs.
Data Collected: Anonymous app usage events (feature usage, error reports), device type, iOS version, app version. No personal information, target photos, load data, or location is collected. Analytics cannot be linked to you as an individual.
Purpose: Understanding feature usage, identifying bugs, measuring performance, and testing improvements.

The App uses Apple's WeatherKit service to provide current environmental conditions (temperature, pressure, humidity, wind, altitude) for ballistic analysis.
Data Transmitted: When you choose to fetch weather data, your current location (latitude/longitude) is sent to Apple's servers.

No Warranty on Weather Data: Weather data is provided by Apple and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. We are not responsible for errors in weather data or decisions based on weather data.

LoadLab does NOT provide reloading recipes, powder charges, or load recommendations. You are solely responsible for developing safe loads using published data from reputable sources (powder manufacturers, bullet manufacturers, reloading manuals).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SABRE INNOVATIONS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: In jurisdictions that do not allow the complete exclusion or limitation of liability, our maximum liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You must be at least 18 years old to use LoadLab. Firearms and ammunition reloading are adult activities with inherent dangers. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

LoadLab, the LoadLab logo, and related marks are trademarks of Sabre Innovations. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
The App may include open source software components governed by their respective licenses. Use of such components is subject to their license terms.
These Terms incorporate Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) by reference. In the event of conflict, these Terms supersede the Standard EULA to the extent permitted by Apple.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights.
Arbitration will be conducted in Idaho (or remotely if both parties agree) and governed by Idaho law.
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies, or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You may not use or export the App in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations or the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:
Your Acceptance: Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App and uninstall it.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sabre Innovations regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
